Begin on all fours. Align your hands underneath your shoulders and spread your fingers wide. Align your knees underneath your hips. Curl your toes under, exhale and lift your hips up and back. Straighten your arms and externally rotate your shoulders. Release your heels toward the floor. Keep pushing your hips toward the sky behind you to find length in your spine. Hold the pose for a few breaths. Exhale and release.
